How to Use the Class Grader?

Grade a full class in the same grid instead of calculating each student's percentage separately.

1. Enter the total number of questions

Enter the number of questions on the test or quiz. For example, enter 50 for a 50-question test.

Choose the grading scale that matches your class, such as Standard or Plus/Minus.

2. Enter student names and wrong answers

Use the spreadsheet-style table to enter each student's name or ID and the number of wrong answers.

You do not need to calculate the number correct or percentage yourself. The Class Grader calculates those values automatically.

3. Use your keyboard to move quickly

For faster entry:

• Tab — move to the next cell.
• Enter — move from Student Name to Wrong Answers and then to the next student.
• Continue down the grid without reaching for the mouse.

What is a Class Grader?

A Class Grader is a bulk grade calculator that lets teachers calculate scores for multiple students in one workspace. Instead of repeating the same percentage calculation for every paper, enter the test size and student results in the grid and let the calculator calculate each row automatically.
